Rent A Chef began its healthy school lunch services in 2003. We offer a nutritious lunch program to local schools, early childhood centers, daycares and camps in the Chicago area, providing students and faculty the opportunity to make healthier choices throughout their day. The Rent A Chef HealthySchool Lunch Program can be customized to fit individual institutions' needs.
Our meals are kid-friendly and include well-balanced, nutritional items such as free-range poultry, whole grains and organic local produce. Upon request we are able to provide for special needs diets such as gluten-free or vegan. We also cater a cafe style selection of salads, soups and sandwiches that are made fresh daily. These can be purchased by students and faculty through our Lunch Punch card program or online along with a wide variety of fun, all natural and healthy snacks and beverages.
